Can I print more than one pet on one product?
We currently support one pet per mug. This ensures optimal illustration clarity and the highest possible print quality for every order.
If you have multiple pets, we recommend ordering a separate mug for each to preserve the detail and visual impact of the design.
Can the mug withstand high temperatures?
Yes! Our Custom Pet Portrait Mugs are made from high-quality ceramic that is:

Can I see my pet portrait before printing?
Yes! Clawkie provides free previews and unlimited edits with every order. You’ll typically receive a proof of your pet portrait within 24 hours after placing your order. From there, you can request changes or approve it for printing and shipping.
How do I know if my pet photo is good enough?
We review every photo as soon as your order comes in. If there’s any issue, we’ll email you to request another.

What if I’m not happy with my pet portrait preview?
No worries. If you’re not satisfied with the preview, we’ll make edits based on your feedback. We only print your portrait once you’ve approved and are totally happy with it.
If you’d like to switch to a different art style, we’re happy to help. Just note that a price adjustment may apply if the new style costs more.
Do you ship worldwide?
Our main markets are the US, UK, Canada, and Australia. If you're ordering from somewhere else, please contact us first to confirm the shipping fee (which is usually USD 10-25).

Do you just design dog or cat portraits?
